Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Deactivating my postpaid sim without any intimation

Dear All,
Very unfortunate that my postpaid number [protected] having zero dues as on date got deactivated on 27.09.2023 without any intimation to me i.e without and single call, sms, letter etc by your department.
This is pathetic and very unfortunate on bsnl part that in this 21st century when their is a digital revolution everywhere and your bsnl is deactivating a customers sim on pretext of any reason without intimating him and putting customers on reputational loss, business loss, social risk, time, loss, operational risk etc and waiting that the customer will visit your office and then you will tell him the reason of deactivation.
I am informing you to immediately activate my number first and if their is any requirement from the department thereon same shall be conveyed to the customer for the resolution.
Any delay in activation shall force me to take legal recourse against the concerned official and the department theron.
