[Resolved]  Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Installation delay for FTTH connection (BSNL)

Sir,

I, Madhusudan Barat, requested a new land line connectionon on 30/07/2023 with service no[protected]. Till now I have not got the connection, staying in BANKURA DISTRICT WEST BENGAL. Couple of times I met the corresponding officer in the BANKURA BSNL exchange. But poor response from the officer and it is of no use. No proper answer from them. I am afraid till how many days it will take to get the connection. But in other places people get the connection quickly.
