I Nagmani Pathak a defence personnel have a bsnl ap circle sim card and i required to MNP, I sms more than 29 times regarding UPC for MNP by [protected] but always I recieved retry after sometime error message by 1901 .I lodge a lot of complain but none will help and till now UPC has not recieved .

I have tried porting but BSNL would not send the code how do I put up a complain for my request.
I am getting the following message from bsnl in connection with mnp.
Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.
Request for upc for your mobile no. ×××××××××× could not be processed. Please retry after some time.
