Hello sir My mob no. [protected] bsnl rajasthan I have recharged with stv 444 for data pack, but instead i have got top up balance. I have done the transaction using icici imobile app and i had also checked that it was a special recharge. At the time of transaction. I am a bsnl user. When i try to use my phone it shows to give a puk code to unlock the phone. Can i get the puk code to unlock my phone.
