Not able to recharge from past 2 weeks or more . It is linked with my account due to that I'm facing issue . This is highly sensitive issue. Throwing error as service class issue .

I tried recharge from paytm and online portal of bsnl it shows me the above error. I unable to recharge because of this. I tried extended validity recharge and also talk time recharge but not done.
Please resolve this error.
I try to contact bsnl customer care number but they not reached.

I had completed my recharge on 8/03/2022 at 12:59, But recharge got stuck in process after an hour, It showed that recharge failed and I didn't get my refund back. I did my recharge through BSNL self-care app.

Can't able to recharge my prepaid BSNL sim card since past two weeks. It gives me error message by saying, "Transaction failed due to invalid service class". I DM about this product on BSNL Twitter handle but they didn't gave any response. Shame!
