I booked a taxi through bharathi call taxi website for july 19th 9: 00 am from chennai domestic terminal to cuddalore drop in one way one pay system. I was waiting in airport for more than one hour with my family (Children and old age person). When i try to call their number its shows only busy. Atlast one guy picked and said there is no booking available and our system is down. If you want wait for another one hour then we will arrange other taxi. But fare also high.in website they mention no driver batta.in phone the guy said you need to pay driver batta and one way toll charges also.
They are no following as per the procedures. Asking extra money and service is very worst. I am waiting in airport for one hour with no use. Later i booked another mode of trasnport and left from airport.
