I am the student of srs govtcllg puttur.
I am from mandapam bus stand near to the nagari, i asked him to give for puttur "C", i gave 50Rs then he asked change Rs 5, i said no change so, he gave ordinary ticket, he cheated me Rs3 immediately u need to take action the bus no.is AP03Y7700, TKt. No:0057556and M.ID.632HG0361, , i[censored] didnt take action on that bus Condiutocr. I complaint in police station. The conductor scolded me in bad words I just have an video which he spoked

    This is regarding very worst behavior of attender (Conductor) in local omni bus in temple city kanchipuram in tamilnadu.
    Bus no : ap03 tf 0007
    Bus route : kanchipuram - tirupathi.
    Travel date : 6th april 2019
    Departure time from kanchipuram : 8.30 pm
    Asked to drop in senthanmangalam (Vellore district) but he refused and he it is long travel bus but i had asked him again and he is not responded in proper manner.
    Asked to take ticket upto arakkonam and given and he is not given any ticket.

    I had asked a co passenger who is travelling with me and he is also not getting ticket and he is telling that it is a regular practice.
    Ticket fare : 1. Kpm - arakkonam : 20 rs
    2. Kpm - taluk office in arakkonam - 25rs.

      Never book bus tickets in bharathi travels, u will get worst experience, believe me or else try once
      I have booked ticket one week back suddenly one anonymous guy called me and said bus canceled, no details about bus, seat.. Etc. My point is what's the benefit of booking early and desired seat, and responsibility of travels. So, guys don't experience like me

        I hv travelled on 12.0219 through bharati bus from kammnahalli to kundapur. At kundapur the bus driver and cleaner refusing us to drop till kundapur main bus stand.
        When all buses like durgamba sugama are dropping at main bus stand. Why few bus operators like bharati s dropping at half way.
        When i asked owner he is misbehaving arrogantly and saying we will not drop at main bus stand. Do wat ever you can you do it. This is not acceptable. Kindly warn them and advise them to change the last point to new bus stand.

          I can’t expect this issue with your travel.
          Without blankets how can i travel in ac from hosur to chennai. Then why i have to pay this much amount. Seat number k3 and k4 both don’t have. Office guys also not responding properly.
          I can’t travel as comfortable evan i can go by 200 rupee bus also, but y we r expecting this much costly we r believe your bus confort but now i feel go by 200 rupee bus evn i pay 1200 rupee

          I need 50 % my booking amount.
          Otherwise i will post the same in social media

          Hosur office guy very very very bad response casual the said no blankets, he can’t request also he said no blankets for you.

          I feel very very very vey worst experience with bharathi travels.

          I had a lot of travel by travels buses but i never feel this.

          Seriously iam saying this i will circulate this in to my office mail no one done book ticket by bharathi travels that’s very very worst travel they don’t have blankets aslo, then how they give safety to you like that.

          Iam also never come with you bharathi gud bye.

            I am right now travelling in bharthi travels, chennai to bangalore sleeper a/c.

            A/c is leaking through all the plactic trim parts, to the dirtest all are covered with plastic tape. No response from the drivers

            Coming to the point, i boarded bus at guidy olympia at 2.55pm. After that vehicle went koyambedu and stopped for more than 45 mins for boarding passengers. Then vehicle started, every boarding point 15 to 20 mins vehicle stopped. To the worst, bus stopped at abandoned road at vellore for 30mins.

            Driver told vehicle checking person from travels coming for inspections like that. After 30 mins a family came in car and boarded to bus. Cheaply told lies to all passengers

            They are seems to be driver relatives... They are offered with water bottles and high hospitality.

            After that vehicle stopped before hosur for dinner. Hotel mangalam, already 4 buses were standing and more than 20 cars are waiting. Full rush. It is well known to. Driver

            We and co passengers hardly got place in hotel and spent 15 mins for dinner. Within that driver tried to move the bus and he was literally fighting and scolding passengers "how much time have to wait to wait for you.." like that...

            Why the driver didnt ask passengers boarded at vellore after 30 mins waiting

            Why shouldnt we dindt ask driver for stopping at koyambedu for 20 mins

            Why driver stopped at hotel which is of full rush ~?

            Bharathi travels have irresponsible team like this... Hope nothing will be considered by team bharthi even after writing here...

              Hi,

              1. Kindly don't send any mail which you people cannot capable to do as the timings mentioned in message is 15 min before arrival of departure time.
              2. No response from the driver or the responsible person.
              3. When compare to other travels bharathi travels is one of the worst travels i have travelled.
              4. This is the 3rd time am travelling in bharathi travels all the 3times i had face the same issue of not puntual.

                I have booked the tickets from abhi bus.. Without asking me they have forced me to change the seat because they wanted to sell the good seats to customers at koyembedu bus stand. Bus timing was 2:30 but it started at 4pm... The staff was so rude and was ordering instead of requesting for seat change... Matter 9f fact the cleanliness was so bad that u can vomit inside the bus

                  Hi,

                  I am travelling first time in bharathi travels from hyderabad to bangalore. It is worst experience. The bus was puncture twice, first at hyderabad airport and wasted one hour and second is near palashamudaram - anathapur 150 kms from bangalore. It worst experience for me. The driver stopped at morning 7:00 am in middle of the road and he don't have stepney to change the tyre. I am totally confused where to go and how to go bangalore. Me and one more guy taken alternative vehicle by paying huge amount and reach hebbal junction. From hebbal to silk board i came through ksrtc-bmtc bus and reach silk board and again silk board to electronic city phase 2 taken ola cab and reached 1:00 pm instead of 7:30 am. My half a day work time was wasted and it was counted as half a day leave. Also bus was started late at 23:45 hours from hyderabad.

                  Please refund my bus charges 1210/- rupees immediately.

                    Conductor has been drunken. Ticket is not provided to the passengers. This bus had started at vellore at 7 30. Bus service is from vellore to chittoor. Be aware of this. Very worest services. This will be posted in all social media. To get people aware of this. Even you don't have minimum response about your travels. To make a complaint also it requires 350 words. Stupid services.

                      Driver was too harsh behaved irrogently with woman and dint stopped for washroom even after requesting so much I literally cried cause I had my chums I badly wanted to go to washroom but they dint stop and told go home and do they told to do in road side in front of everyone in GATT sec there was block but I couldn't get any place to go as it was main road I requested them please stop once u pass the gatt sec I couldn't sleep I literally waited but they dint till last l. Please do something for this it's my humble request

                          This bharathi bus was travelling from kundapur to bengaluru on 02nd september 2017. Tyre got burst at 11 45 pm and it took 1 hour 30 mins to fix it. Immediately after tyre fixing something called balloon or vacuum near tyre got broke down so driver has to drive slowly. Driver took 2 stops to sleep as he was not slept for 2 consecutive night. And near kunigal he hit a goods auto and the passenger and driver in auto is in critical condition. On top of all these bharathi bus operator could not arrange an alternative bus. We had to arrange out own transport to bengaluru. Question to bharathi bus operator is how can you put 40 passenger life at risk just to make money.? How did you allow driver to drive 2 consecutive nights. Is he robot or human? Why there is only one driver for long journey?

                            This is the worst bus service you can ever use. I'm in the bus travelling from hyd to chennai. I don't know why they even have the ac's? They dont work at all. I have been sweating all night in this little berth.
                            The drivers are rude and the helper boy thinks he is the owner. Ill take a flight but never again this bus. It was one hour late and they cramped us into a small bus and made it sit in it for half an hour without any ventilation. Who asked them to pick us up in a van. We came upto lakdikapool why not another two kms? Useless service. The bus is so bad.. There no ac.. No suspension nothing. Seems like a bullock cart just flashy. If anyone's reading this do not use this service. Just don't. This is bad service. I wish they go into losses and do us a favour of not running buses. Never again.

                              I booked 3 tickets (TJDR26658353, TJDR45639255, TJDR26472979 with PNR no: TS-RB38984098ERC/13538, TS-RB38984321HOS/13539, TS-RB38984512QYX/13540) from Bangalore to Hyderabad for 8th January 2016 in Bharathi travels via Redbus. Because of some unavoidable reasons i had to cancel my trip.When i try to cancel the tickets online, it shows 100% cancellation fee. Iam losing my entire amount Rs 3750 (i.e, 3 tickets - 1250 * 3) without even taking the journey, that too when iam cancelling it 3 days prior (5th Jan). When i contacted Redbus customer care to complain about this issue, they simply washed off their hands saying its Bharathi travels policy and that they cant do anything about it. Then i tried to call Bharathi travels customer care using the numbers they displayed on their website.3 of the numbers are out of service and there is no response from other 4 numbers.Finally after many trials i was able to connect to [protected] and one lady (seems fresher) picked the call and was unable to address my concern.She asked me to call again the next day and wait for her manager to answer me.If she was not fit to address any issues of customers i dont understand why she even picked the call.

                              6th Jan update : I called up customer care number today again to follow up. Again the manager is not available. The lady who picked up the call just said 'Sorry its our policy, we want customers money at any cost whether they take the journey or not we are not bothered about it'

                                The bus broke down in the middle of the night. The driver asked us all to get down, and asked us to find our own means of travel. They were rude and unapologetic about it. I was a lone female traveller, left to my own means to arrange an alternate transport in the middle of the night on a highway.
                                Basic needs like safe transport is not met and the company does not take a minimum responsibility about it. It is extortion to charge these exhuberant prices and have no accountability.

                                  I boarded the bus from bangalore at 10:15. At 1:00 am the bus stopped, we waited for an hour then at 2:30am upon asking driver, came to know the bus wouldn't start. He was even rude saying "its act of god", u need to find your own transport. Being a sing lady travelling, i was very scared as bus stopped in between no where. Finally paid double amount and reached home. Isnt it responsibility of travel to check the quality of bus before sending? How can this be act of god? They did not even have least responsibility for safety of women travelers.

                                  Yes its very rude behavior from "Bharathi Travels".. if they boarded the passenger then they should have to provide the alternate vehicle to reach out to the passengers destination with safety, they cant leave their passengers like that, worst service.
                                  This is shameful behaviour!! How can you leave a women in the middle of nowhere at 2 am! They should have been provided with alternate means of transportation. Women Safety is not not taken seriously by them. I would have given 0 stars had there been an option. A stand must be taken and we should have strict action being taken in such cases.

                                    I was travelling by bharathi tourist - busno: ka20d4253 on 20/07/16 from bangalore to mangalore. Before i started my journey, i called the provided number regarding my pickup point, i asked the driver if he can pick me from hsr layout bda complex signal. Driver asked me to wait at that point instead of silk board. I confirmed this pickup point 4 times over phone with him, soi waited there and purposefully driver seeing me waiting, he didn't stop bus there and went ahead, when i called him he said we left now and u missed the bus and why u didn't came to silk board. So i chase bus with my car and could stop it. When i entered the bus both driver and conductor started shouting instead of being sorry and was fighting with me. Since i didn't continue to fight and took my booked seat both got more anoyed and was showing their anger on me. Later on i saw them selling all free seat to random pessengers they were finding on their way to the mangalore. Then i understood that since i have already paid for the seat through red bus so this seat would have been extra income for them is the reason why they purposefully left me on the bus stand.

                                    This is a way for there travel agency now to cheat people since they book seat through red bus and payment is done earlier.
                                    People should be aware of these cheating agency and should not pay through red bus. And red bus is suppose to take care of these facts and should not include such cheating agency.

                                      Miseries of travelling in Bharathi Travels from Chennai to Hyderabad.
                                      1) Bus is very unclean, blankets are stinking with dirt shown everywhere on it. Bus was not even cleaned.
                                      2) Once I reached the bus I realised that there is some issue and could hear air leaking sound, they said some vacuum leak issue and fixed it temporarily and started the journey. They tied some plastic wires which they pick up from road near koyembedu fruit market. This shows how private travels are playing with life's of passengers.
                                      3) adding to the above miseries AC failed after the bus travelled half the distance. Almost 400 km in a closed bus we all travelled without AC.
                                      4) they also picked so many additional passengers on the way and made them sleep in the pathway.
                                      Bharathi travels can better stop this business if they cannot manage their business of bus and travels.

                                      Please share so that private buses can be taught some lessons by spreading awareness.

                                      Never travel in Bharathi travels.

                                        This is to inform you that i have booked ticket for Bharthi Travels Multi Axil Volvo from bangalore to mangalore on 24 may 2014 using using your website goibibo.com for seat number J1 and J2 to travel from bangalore to mangalore.We have faced night mare using Bharathi Travels Multi Axil Volvo on the said day as bus got spoil due do some engine belt damage and they were unable to arrange for alternate bus and they made us to spend whole night in bus 30 km away from Bangalore.When we contacted to the concerned i.e owner response was pathetic and later kept their mobile switch off which made us to spend whole night in road.Even the Agent were not responding .We tried to call all the numbers provided by you but all went in vein.It was our life time such a disgusting experience and frustrating experience we faced from all the sides of management of Bharathi Travels So i did contatct to go ibibo and they had given your email Id to state a complaint .Finally they arrange another multi axil volvo around 8.30 am on 25 may 2014 and we traveled another 45 km and the alternate bus too got spoil due to some technical problem and the driver and office boy of bharthi travls left us in between and went away without arranging any solution for us. I really feel too embraced about what all the passengers faced the problem .Finally i had to manage myself for alternate bus by paying ticket to ksrtc volvo and reached safely to my Home Town.This was a very frustating and helpless situation created my the management of Bhartahi Travels and i would like to sue them.I need compensation for what we have faced today.I need compensation for the frustationg and helpless situation created by the management of bharathi travels.I hope you will help in resolving my problem as soon as possible.
