I am not able to receive payment on my QR code. I am not able to withdraw the amount which has already been collected by me of rs49600 and Investments amount rs11, 70, 322 the message shown is "Withdrawals on your account have been temporarily blocked". The amount pending is of 24/04/2023 and till date it has not been released.
Please ensure that you release the amount as soon as possible.
Your customer support says it will take 10 days for your issue to be resolved. Iam send all documents pan, addhar, trade license, udyam cirtificate, recent invoices to bharatpe. My total amount of rs12, 19, 922 is being stopped to my bank account. Release that amount and then block my account for the whole life. Will never ever use bharatpe now onwards. You have lost the trust of your merchant. I am having 3 more account of different merchant forms I will make sure that all the accounts get close.
