BharatPe — Bharat swipe machine refund

Dear Sir,
Please find attached file for my bank statement and note that I have done payment for bharat swipe machine on 12.12.2020.
After that I have canceled it on 14.12.2020 but prior to my regular follow-up for refund still my money has not been credited to my account.
I am requesting you to solve this issue and give me my money back.
