BharatPe — BharatPe Money not credited to my account

Address: A-45, Corner Market, Malviya Nagar, Opp. Panchshila Rendezvous, New Delhi,Delhi 110017

My brother transferred 1000 INR and 100 INR to my mobile number through Bharatpe on 4th and 8th feb but they did not credited to my account. I have shared all the receipts and bank statement to Bharatpe but they are not replying properly, they are just saying that my case is escalated but nothing happened till today. They even dont chat now a days and calls are never connected with them. These are scammers for sure.
