I have ordered an swipe machine through Bhararpay mobile application on[protected] with security deposit of rs 5000.
But the profile has been created with my name instead of my husband name so with the help of customer care I have cancelled it as they said that name will not be edited.
When the machine delivery was about to happen I told the delivery agent that I don’t need swipe machine as I have cancelled it and didn’t receive the delivery.
On 20 Jan 2021-I receive a call for swipe machine, person name is Sohail: his mobile no is- [protected] and I told them for refund he told that I need to send QR code to him and he will release payment, i have sent him qr code on whats app but still I did not receive the payment .

My Name priyanka Ashok Ghadge.
Ordered machine on[protected] and payment done through upi.
And all necessary screenshots are sent on their official email id also but no revert has been received yet. Many tickets are raised and many complaints are raised but all customer care executive are saying that i need to wait for 24 hours but it is happening from 13 Jan 2021.
