BharatPe — Bharatpe swipe machine return and refund

I paid online deposit for swipe machine of rs 5000/ on about 13 th october 2020, a person came and delivered machine on next day, but he could not start the machine saying kyc not done by company and some error issue and he left. Since then i have been calling companies customer care for the swipe machine error. Since 19 nov i am calling the customer care for swipe machine return and refund. In last 50 days i had called them nearly 50 times. Every time they promise action by team in 24 hours. Till date the useless machine is lying in my drawer

Updated by Pankaj Bhangale no response by bharatpe . they just promise to take back the machine everytime with in 3 days . this is happening since my last 40 calls to their customer care number

Starting they have updated me that 5000 which we have given security deposit it was refundable totally but now these guys are cheating and telling 3000 charges and 2000 is the refundable I don't don't know tried to reach in many ways but no one is responding
From Feb 2021 I was trying to reach for returning my machine at last they came in Oct 23 2021 but refund is happened partially and when I speak to them they didn't even giving explain they say just 3000 is charges but when they updated us regarding refundable amount is 5000
No they tell me that they have wrongly updated itseems but I still have call recordings and screenshots that 5000 is the refundable amount
