Due to covid i have lost my Job and I am unable to pay But they started calling from my contact book which is against RBI rulesand guidelines . They have accessed my contact book and started calling them. They shared my data with everyone. It's totally against RBI guidelines. Who gives them permission to access my contact book. I will not pay until the further action is taken. I am also going to complain to RBI.
