Not credited my account yet ...it's been 3 day back ... we have called the customer care they said only one thing ..you have to wait 24 to 48 hrs

Had to buy swipe machine after their customer care guys started calling me on a daily basis to buy it, having great features, zero rental offer, cashback on manual settlement etc etc. It is a clear case of mis-selling, whatever promised by the customer care people did not happen.
The machine I got, worked flawlessly for 7 days. But from the 8th day onwards, after their return period was over, the QR prints stopped coming (QR print setting was ON from app), Swipe transactions also stopped, later on discovered that you have to restart the device for every swipe transaction. Transaction summary was not visible, only message it displayed was Network error. I tried both using 4G as well as Wifi.
Also, there are a lot of hidden charges which were not told while buying. Rs 236 for 4G sim and 236 is the monthly rental. Though you claim to give Rs 200 rental cashback, but I haven't got mine yet. Calling customer care for resolution is a nightmare, the kids on the phone are stupid, who do not have any solution. All the complaints I had registered gets closed after 3 days mentioning your case is resolved, but nothing happens.
Battery of the machine sucks big time. Request you to please refund me the amount of Rs. 2368 + speaker amount of Rs 588. This is not the type of service I had expected.
