BharatPe — fraud transaction

On the 14th aug 2019, i was contacted by an olx user who wanted to buy furniture from me and do the transaction on phone pe. I was not familiar with it but he said that i needed to download phone pe to facilitate the money transfer. So i went ahead and downloaded it. He said that he was using bharat pe merchant swipe machine to facilitate the money transfer. So he kep sending requests for money and i refused saying its asking me to pay. Then he said its to pay - to - receive and that i can check the message sent by phone pe (Bharat pe) which mentioned the words pay to receive. Bharat pe kept sending messages which started with hi pay to receive which is extremely deceiving. So inorder to be sure i asked him to do a transfer of rs.5 and i received rs.10/- so i went ahead and did two transactions of rs.3000/- each but i did not receive any money in return but he kept insisting that the transaction was pending and thats why the money didnt get credited to my account. He kept sending requests but i refused to pay any more money until he paid me. The money was transferred to some ravikant who has an account with phone pe. It makes it phone pe's resposibility to make sure that user is held responsible and hold an enquiry to make sure that it doesnt happen again and i receive my money back. Otherwise why should anyone trust financial institutions like urs if you cannot have ironclad security measures in place to ensure safety. Why word messages like "pay to receive" which is extremely deceiving and it helped enable this entire fradulent transaction because i thought phone pe has some weird payment policy which made it legit in my mind.
Please do resolve this issue as soon as possible,

The transaction needs to be reversed and companies like yours have a responsility to have security measures in place,

did this meant, you received your money back?
I am a merchant and use bharat pe to receive money from customers. On 3 /03/2020 my customer transfer rs 73500 on my account. I received message from bharat pe after 3 days the amount has not been transferred from bharat pe to my bank account. I have atleast called 10 times to there customer care but still I have not received my amount. I would request all person not to use bharat pe and any other such financial organizations. Kindly suggest the legal actions that would be taken on the bank.
