i m using bharat pe app due to problem with Yes bank on 6 march 2020 i have raised a issue to change the account and transfer my 21k to my other account but till date they are not able to change the account when ever we call support desk they say to keep patience in next 24 hours we will get a call for conformation but its been 7 days they are not bother about anything of merchant payment and they are using my 21k .. and not responsiding when i ask them that i want to talk to senior manager there excutive replay that manager is busy with work cant talk to anyone over phone and even i said i will raise compalint to RBI they said do as you need ...
