My Bharat pe Number is [protected], with name Dream Consultant
I added Rs 5000 through paytm to my Bharat pe interest account on 6th jan 2021
Amount was debited from my bank account and transaction was successfully done by paytm
But such amount is still not added to y bharat pe interest account
I attach screenshot of successful payment
I sent complaint mail on [protected]@bharatpe.com on 12 Jan 2021 and I continuously call your customer care for follow up, but still i not get any type of satisfied reply.
Customer care representative tell, "Your issued will be solved in 24 hrs" but its pending from last 11 days.

Please solve the problem as soon as possible.
