BharatPe — My Bharatpe Account Blocked

My Bharat Pe Account is Blocked on 27th jun2023 and I had contacted customer care several times via calls and messages but there is no certain response and reason. Then they asked me to submit my documents and I had already submitted my required documents but they are giving certain dates to solve my problem but they will not be able to solve my problem.
Plz Sir I Sincerely requested to you that plz help me regarding this to solve my problem..
