BharatPe — Not received my withdrawal amount

I can't Withdraw Amount from Bharathpe investment account.
With draw request initiated on 28/07/24 ₹15.31 but amount not credited in my bank account 17 days completed but amount not credited in my bank account.Day by bay Date only extended. So further amount Withdrawal request not accepted . In display showing me technical error.

Already Many complaints registered through Bharatpe customer care but no response
