BharatPe — Speaker return issue

I had purchased a speaker from bharatpe on 04th of june 2022 for which I had paid nothing because I am an bharatpe club member and after that I wanted to return the speaker and I had placed a return request on 24th June 2022 but no one came and collected the speaker and the return request was raised on 24th June which is shown in the app and following next month an amount of 125 was deducted unwantedly and unethically after raising the return request and I had spoken your customer care representative and even she had accepted if I raise return request no amount would be charged but still you have charged me you can confirm the following conversation between me and your customer care representative and after few days no body came to collect the speaker and I get a call because of the raised ticket, customer care representative says that the return request has not been raised I need to re raise the request and following which I will be charged 250 +gst wherein while purchasing your representative said I won't be charged any thing on purchase of the speaker and return of the speaker, everything is recorded in your system kindly check what your customer care representative had Said and now they turn the points and fool me and close the ticket and after all these i try to reopen the case in WhatsApp they again close it immediately without any consent and I am not able to raise return request again really worst service bharatpe has would like to raise this issue, issue not resolved till now
