BharatPe — Swiping machine return and amount refund

I had taken bharat pe swipe machine i does'nt found any usefull features with the machine every tkme they are charging morethan 300rs. So I decided to return the machine i had submitted request so many times still no response from them but every month if i doesn't use the machine they call us to make any small transaction for rs 10 or 20 so that then can raise the request for machine return and refund initiation once the transaction is done they won't respond to us and doesn't provide any update again they will call next month to do same for return process again doesn't responding.
