My name is Naveen Prakash and I am from Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
I have applied for loan in Bharatpe so, On 17th of sep'20 Bharatpe disbursed of Rs 14000 in my account.
But it was too late for processed the loan amount, I don't need that money then i paid the Total Loan Amount of Rs 14044 on 20th Sep'20 which was showing in the Bharatpe Application.
I opened the application and then clicked on the loan section then i clicked on Total Pay Loan option and i paid the total loan amount through Phonepe application by UPI payment method. After sometime i checked on Bharatpe, there is no option showing for the payment. i thought the payment was done maybe it will get sometime to get updated but payment not updated in the application.
Then, i called Bharatpe customer care for update the payment into the application but they did not help me, i had also shared the the details with them by sending email into their mail id at [protected]@bharatpe.com. In mail i attached the successfull payment screenshot of Phonepe with UTR no. and my bank account statement, they said they lodged the complaint and they will revert me witihin 24 to 48 hours, but they did not help me and they doing messages continuously for the EDI payment.
Their Loan collection agents are rubbish, they have no sense, they said i edited the screenshot of Phonepe and they just only want me to pay the whole amount that was already paid by me.
But i know they are helpless. I called many times to Bharatpe Customer care but nothing happened. On 25th of Sep'20 they deduct Rs 3300 for the EDI payment and they threatened me to pay the money.
Now, i do not have money in my account. So please help me, i also have to pay other EMI's in coming days.
Kindly look into the matter as quickly as possible.
