BharatPe — Unable to withdraw

Address: Plot no 26 A 7 shivaji nagar Govandi Mumbai 400043

I have initiated a transaction of Rs.40000 amount to bharathpe swipe, amount got debited from card, credited to the bharat pe account, raised chargeback request with bank, but the bank has confirmed that it has been reached to the beneficiary account, also contacted with bharathpe customer support, but they are helping, not even telling about transaction status and telling that we are not able to see that amount.

Requesting you to kindly help me on this to get my money back, still bharat pe customer support not giving any resolution..attaching the relevant documents also..
