BharatPe — Unauthorized recovery agents harassment

I have taken a loan of 95000 from Bharatpe ( Resilient Innovations pvt.ltd, . A-45, Corner Market, Malviya Nagar, Opp Panchshila Rendezvous, New Delhi - 110017) I am regularly paying the daily instalments but due to corona lockdown in my city, my shop is still closed, Many times I talk to customer care BHARATPE but no satisfactory answer given to me .
Bharatpe recovery agents are harassing my friends and relatives, I lodge complaint in the local police station but nothing happened, if this threat is continuous happens I will have kill myself nothing else
