BharatPe — Unsolicited Contact from Bharat pe Recovery

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your recovery team. Recently, I have been receiving calls from the team members who have been using inappropriate language and making me feel uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the calls are unsolicited and I do not understand why I am being contacted in this manner.

Please be advised that this kind of behavior is unacceptable and I would like to request you to look into the matter. It would be highly appreciated if you could take necessary action as soon as possible to prevent such situations in future.

Over the past few days, I have been receiving calls from them on my contact number. The people on the other end of the line were using inappropriate language and making offensive remarks which is unacceptable.
