"i wish i had paid attention to the negative reviews before i made a purchase with bharatplaza. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so i am attaching photos so you can see what was advertised and what i received instead so you know to stay away from this horrible company.
I paid $140 for this terrible excuse for a dress. The measurements were all wrong, the quality was pathetic and it honestly just looked like a curtain and nothing like the photos displayed. To top it off, the customer service from them is appalling. They first tried to blame me for giving the wrong measurements and when i proved that i in fact gave them the right measurements, they offered to refund me 10%. Seriously?? So i would end up out of pocket 90% for this ugly dress that i will never wear??
I emailed them several times and now they have just started ignoring me. I chatted with their customer service who said they will take it to higher management and get back to me within 24-48 hours. It's now been 2 weeks and i haven't heard back. I emailed again and so far no sign of life from them. What a disgraceful company you are bharatplaza. I will keep trying to get my money back from you no matter how long it takes. I will make sure any potential clients find out before they purchase from you what they are getting for their hard earned money. It appears that you get your employees to write those positive reviews for you, there's no way real customers would write positive reviews for their orders if they're anything like what i received. Shame on you, you bloody thieves!"
