Dear grievance team,
Case against lg tv repair service.
Due to panel break of mu lg tv got damage, i've raised a request for repair to lg service center, soon there is a lg tv service center named bhargavi electronics came into the picture and called me for repair of same tv.
They came to home and after discussion on pricing of repair, they took the tv with initial amount of rs.10000 (Total fee rs.25000 inclusive service charge of rs.350) on 7th oct'18 with commitment of delivery item by 13th oct'18.
Due to confirmation of delivery when i've called to the concerned person named mallesh ([protected]) and his manager ([protected]) on 12th oct'18, i got a shocking reply stating that "it'll take another 7days to repair and also we can't commit you when to deliver the item" and they disconnected the call. Post that since till now whenever i'm tring reaching them these fellows are not responding any calls.
What kind of service it is!!!
In fact the big brand named lg, how can they provide service to the elite customer with this kind of poor service.
Requesting grievance team to do the needful to justice this on priority.
