Bhartipay — Refund my 500 rupees

I am deposited my money in bet way account through bhartipay 500 rupees for each time.but both the time money was debited but not reflect to betway app.later after 1 day 500 rupees is credited in my bet way account. Another 500 rupees is not credited till date more than 20 days so pls refund my 500 rupees
