This is with respect to above referred subject matter and we all are the committee members of above referred Ajmera Heights Housing Society Ltd. would like to bring to your kind notice that since last 15 years, the Chairman / Treasurer / Secretary are misleading the other committee members and utilising the society funds for their personal expenses like and providing fake documents for the audit purpose.

We all as a committee members of the society request the higher authorities of Dy. Registrar Office to take legal action against the Chairman / Treasurer / Secretary for misleading / misappropriately using the society funds for their personal expenses.

We request you to kindly send your appropriate representative to our society to verify all the documents / audit accounts.
