Car Detained in LANE-2, Near EMERGENCY LANE on Left,
Error showed LOW BAL in FASTAG A/c. My FastTag had a balance of Rs. 467.63, and We already paid for MONTHLY PASS for the month of MARCH'2023.
They detained and never heard any arguments from our side and Finally they changed my LAne to nearby LANE-3 which did not give that error.
I hope BHATIA toll plaza be fined for this detention and I should be given compensation for detaining my Car and wasting my time without any valid reason.
Before few months, I did not pass through this TOLL and still they have debited my account while passing through the by pass below the bridge towards LIMBAYAT. They debited my account by Rs.125/- which I havent received back till date on 1st March 2023.
Why shouldn't such managements being Govt Entity be fined for harassing the common man for acting unreasonably.
