Bhaurao Patil — Toll Charge without travelling

I or my vehicle (MH 15 FF 7773) have not travelled on 24th June 2023 anywhere out of Nashik. However I have received a text message from Vashi Toll Plaza (Txnld: 01000C[protected]) at 11.23 pm. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and refund my money.
This has happened second time with my vehicle.
Kindly enquire about such incidences and see how can it be handled so that it will not cause any inconvenience to customers.
