[Resolved]  Bhavna Krishnatry — Abusing article 498A and harassing husband with lies

The real problem is bhavna krishnatry d/o ashok krishnatry, and her lies and false
complaints.
bhavna krishnatry has not been able to get over losing her good husband.
She, her brothers and her father destroyed her household. She is a
jilted person and she cannot let go. She has green card and spent all
her months of marriage in USA, but she filed false complaints with Delhi
Police. Even the Delhi Police knows that her complaint is untrue .
Everybody is asking her, why did she not complain to US law enforcement?
Well, if she did or if she does, she will be in deep trouble for
perjury. Her complaints with Delhi police are nothing but lies. She
cannot play with strict, effective and transparent law enforcement in
USA. In Delhi she and her corrupt family are playing cheap and dirty
tricks. Oh, and I forgot her and her familys terrorist activites in the
USA and India. Their record is with US and Indian law enforcements. I
tell you, I have met bhavna and she is the meanest and rudest person
ever. She and her family are a perfect example of people abusing article
498A.

In July 2014 National News, Women Misusing India’s Anti-Dowry Law, Says Supreme Court

India’s top court has accused the country’s women of misusing a law
created to protect them from harassment by their husbands and in-laws.

The anti-dowry law introduced in 1983 was originally designed to
safeguard women from abuse and sometimes death in the hands of relatives
but the Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled the act was now being “ used as
weapons” by “disgruntled wives.”

“The simplest way to harass is to get the husband and his relatives
arrested, ” the two-judge bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Justice
Chandramauli Kumar Prasad, in a 21-page order said.

In some cases, “bed-ridden grand-fathers and grand-mothers of the
husbands, their sisters living abroad for decades are arrested, ” the
order noted.

According to the National Crime Records Bureau statistics, nearly
200, 000 people, including 47, 951 women, were arrested in regard to dowry
offences in 2012, but only 1% of the accused were convicted.

People like bhavna krishantry will soon be arrested for perjury. Indeed her frauds with USCIS, USDOJ, IRS and Labor Deptt will get her in big trouble a well.
