[Resolved]  Bhim App — no credit to beneficiary so far

I have initiated payment to beneficiary himalaya drug company bengaluru in to credit in bank account union bank of india account no. [protected] ifsc-ubin0533114 through bhim upi and payment has been success vide id[protected] dated 02/11/2018 for rs.1447/- and amount also been debited in to my bank account bank of india but the payment credit confirmation has not been initiated by himalaya inspite of my repeated requests. Please do needful.
