Dear Concern my mobile no.is-[protected].On 24/04/15, I have got a message about getting TT Rs 165 on recharge of Rs 110.On the same day, I have recharged the amount of Rs 110.But I got TT Rs-94.9.Yet I did not get the rest of amount of my offer.On the same day, I called your customer care consultant regarding this matter.He told me that the rest of amount will be added as soon as possible in 24 hrs.I want ask you, where is the amount?Also on 25/04/15, Rs 11 deducted from my account on service of VAS one97 vp, that I have not activated at all.So I called to customer care around 10 to 15 regarding information about this matter.But there is no reply at all from CC.Then the CC consultant added my mobile no. in reject list.Again today Rs 10 deducted from my account on service of VAS one97 vp, that I have not activated at all.So I want to know what kind service is this, that your company giving to their customers.So activate my mobile no. from your customer care service as soon as possible so that I can contact the CC consultant on getting my recharge amount and VAS one97 vp amount that was deducted wrongly otherwise call me from your service as soon as possible.
