Yesterday (04.11.2014) I purchased Dove essential nourishment body lotion from Big Bazaar Raipur and its MRP was Rs.200/- with a free Dove 42gm soap. But in bill they took Rs.225/- which I realised after returning. The experience I had from big bazaar yesterday was really poor. With the Ponds cold cream I bought, it was supposed to have a Pond's white 7.7g beauty cream free but I did not get, instead they did not remove the magnet and at the door I had to take out the Pond's and then the security tore it off. I lost my time simply dealing with the miss managed staff at big bazaar Raipur. I want to emphasise again that the cash counter is messy and we have to wait for so long. After billing there is only one staff to remove magnet for four counters and the rest of the counters are closed. We have to tell twice them that if any stuff we bought is having an offer.
