I faced 2 problem yesterday dated 8-Apr-2015:
1. While placing order the incharge Mr. Sumit Kumar has not accepted the Coupon of Rs. 200/- as I have given the same after profit club card.
2. The offer running was 15% discount on MRP of any Conditioners we buy. I have taken Loreal conditioner having MRP 150/- but on bill their was no discount offered.
I need proper resolution to both the issues.
