[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — cashback fraud - unresponsive towards the issue

I have puchased products in big bazar
*which includes cash back 33% on future pay dated on 28th september 2018
*i did not recieve cash back until the date[protected]
*i approached more than 10 times to big bazar
*they are postponing the date and making my valuable time waste
