[Resolved]  Big Bazaar — Complaint about overcharging

Sir, yesterday (08/10/2014) I had purchased one 1 kg Amul Cheese block from Satara Road, Pune branch of big bazaar. The price on the block is Rs.342/- and there is a discount of 5% of it in your mall. But your mall wrongly priced the cheese block Rs.357/- in the bill and gave 5% discount (Rs.17.85/-) on this price, and billed me Rs.339/-. I immediately contacted the customer care desk at the mall but the staff refused to accept the mistake and refused to take the right price. I request you to look in to the matter and refund the excess money charged to me immediately.
