Really upset with my today's experience at Big Bazaar.
I reside at Varanasi, U.P.
Today we bought few items at big bazaar Varanasi. At time of billing we found bill amount little extra then our expectations of all goods, so we tried to match it on counter itself. We found that there's an extra item mentioned in bill of amount Rs. 199/- (as you see in bill) that we haven't purchased, so we asked about it. They opened the packet and found item is not there. The person at the bill counter, instead of feeling and saying sorry told us to go to top floor for refund of money.
How disgusting!!
With my 3 years kid all alone, because of your fraud kind of action, I need to move to top floor to correct the bill, WHY??? It's the big bazar's Sabse Acha service...???
One thing more, by the way if we had not matched the items there, will your people Going to consider this fault afterwards, if we would have come from home after 2 days. What if they said, how would we trust that you have not taken the item to home?
For me it's a serious forgery and it should be checked, as most of customers are troubled and many a times they don't match items there. They come to these kinds of departmental store only because of trust, and if that's not maintained there, then all your claims are fake. It's a cheating and I find it a offensive criminal act like stealing. Please do something for it. I hope no other customer had lost their money because of these stealing habits of your system.
I am really disappointed. Going to put it in social media.
