On 21st Dec, 2014, me and my mom went for shopping to Big Bazar Kachiguda. While we were leaving the premises the security guard was doing his usual check for items purchased. He found the Tag was not removed from the legging which I had taken which was in fact staff mistake as instead of doing billing properly he was advertising talk time and other offers. Security guard instead of politely asking me to wait, he started doubting on the shopping bag which I usually carry to avoid use of plastic. I asked him to check entire big bazaar products if he found any such shopping bag with them, I will pay them the cost. He did not had any answer. Most worst thing is he kept my bill in his pocket till the customer relation executive came to the spot. And still nor the staff nor any of the authority were responsible to take care. Is this what such a Big Mall carries the image to its customer. While I was waiting for this careless activity to be resolved, another lady was also shouting at the security guard as he has wasted her time yesterday. She was literally about to slap him. Really bad attitude of the staff and security guard towards the customers. More over authority did not bother to resolve.

Admin Officer called up, informed me that we have counselled the staff and guard. Gave me assurance they wont misbehave henceforth. But what benefited me, my time was wasted, I was doubted that time. What solution he gave being customer centric he only knows. When I asked him what benefit I got, he says I can only do this much i.e to counsel the staff. If my concern was to improve their internal meeting its waste. He wasted his time and my time with no solution. Poor Service, Nil Satisfaction.

    I did a contract with Design & Build, Home Town for renovating my house. Home Town is not completing work on time. Though I am requesting every day to finish it. I am now forced to move into my house with incomplete civil work and no wood work. How can you live in a house with no water tap etc..Can Home Town management ensure their people deliver the work?

      his is to bring to your notice that we have purchased 2 cots & 2 mattresses from hometown Punjagutta Hyderabad on 8/12/2014 Invoice no 91172246 Order No [protected] 04/12/2014 for Rs 38756.02 issue is that 10% cash back guarantee voucher was not handed to us at that time because of negligence of the staff we came home & called the store and spoke to Ms Sharavani she said we can collect the same since we were busy in shifting to new house we could not collect the same.Sharavani called back 0n 17/12/2014 & informed us that 18/12/2014 is the expiry of the voucher. We went to the store to collect the voucher & redeem the same the salesman Umashanker refused to give us the same & told us that no such voucher there but the same person had said before we purchased that we will get a cash back voucher.We have loged a complaint with customer care no 5095414 regarding the same and solve the issue as soon as possible and provide us the promised cashbach voucher.call us on [protected] Tara.         Taken full money including delivery at doorstep while booking. Still made us wait for more than an hour after reaching our home saying we need to pay for a van. We needed to arrange that ourselves by paying extra money and also while leaving asked for money for tea etc. Had to give Rs 50 for that too. Invoice No: 91190949 Dated: 17.12.2014 While booking they promise no other money would be taken but atlast harass customers. Highly avoidable.
        Spoke to team and this was handled properly.No hard feelings now.

          this is my third issue with big bazar, Every time they write low rates to attract the customer and at the time of billing charge high. IF YOU ARE INTRESTED I WILL SEND YOU MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS. I already send 2 complaints to them that time they also send me a appology letter and offer me a gift coupan of Rs 500, which i refused. They are not ready to check their system and improve it. On 14/12/14 when i purchase a parle cake of mrp 20, they charge 66.50 for it, when i come to CSD, they check and told " GALTI SE GALAT BAR CODE CHIPAK GAYA HUM AMOUNT RETURN KAR DETE HAI". After informing by me the reversing the amount is not the solution. So many people daily visit to big bazar and shop, are you thinking that a man who enter in big bazar have a mind of super computer, he remember rates of all items and having lot of time to check the bill. Generally people believe that you are honest and preparing correct bill. but you are fail in this process, Please check the system, make analysis and send me corrective and preventive action.             I was a profit club member of big bazar normally i used tresure iland indore. but i close all relation due to your cheater nature. please check my previous cases 1)16/10/2013 complaint no. 000093 2)30/05/2014 complaint no 84 in all above i already send you mail we discuss a lot and you try to convince me by offering a gift coupan of Rs 500, which i refuse to accept. Now in latest case on 14/12/2014, when i purchase a cake of parle which MRP was Rs 20, after billing i found that u charge high on this packet. when i contact to CSD then after discussion they says " GALAT BAR CODE CHIPAK GAYA SORRY HUM AAPKA PAISA REFUND KAR DETE HAIN". Do you think the customer of big bazar have a mind of super computer, they can memorize all rates. Generally a customer believe that you prepare the correct bill and pay. THIS IS A CHEATING NOT THE MISTAKE. MISTAKE 1 BAR HOTI HAI AGAR WO BAR BAR HO RAHI HAI TO IT IS CALLED INTETION.                 I have purchased few items from Big Bazar Kolkata. They asked me to take a new connection of T24. Again they asked me to give rs 100 so that I can enjoy Rs 300 Talktime giving only Rs 100. But More than 1 week gone I have get only 20 Rs. I give the same complaint to Baguiati Bigbazaar KKolka but nothing really solved. So please help me out of this.

                  I purchased household items on 14-Dec-2014 from Big Bazaar located at Old Madras Road, Bangalore next to Gopalan Mall. As I used to blindly trust Big Bazaar because it is such a reliable brand and I have been shopping from here for so many years. But it really saddened me today when I observed discrepancy in billing details. I had purchased two Tea packets on an offer of one pack free with the other for Rs. 239/-. My wife insisted me for checking the bill details and I was shocked to see that there was an error while generating bill. I discussed with the person who generated bill. When I didn't receive satisfactory response, I asked him again to take me to his manager. When his manager calculated it, he found some discrepancy and returned Rs. 85/-. I thought the issue had been resolved. But when I returned home, I again checked the bill and observed that the manager should have returned more money. In the first bill, instead of Rs. 239/- for two tea packs, Big Bazaar charged Rs. 155. 80 separately for each tea pack which costed Rs. 311.60 . In addition to this, Rs. 227/- were also quoted on bill for two tea packs. If all the figures are added, two tea packs costed me around Rs. 538.65, however I had to give only Rs. 239/- according to which the manager should have returned Rs. 299.65/- but he returned only Rs. 85/-. I am really feeling cheated and at the same time very sad to have come across such blunders from Big Bazaar. I anticipate some quick action over the issue. Thanks & Regards. Dr. Amit Malhotra

                    I had visited big bazaar kandpile mall railway station road old panvel at 19 00 hrs I was billed rs 4774 bill no 0041370 while exit the false alarm was initiated the security checking for self & items were done but the great humiliating & misbehavior was done by big bazaar staff Miss Kasturi Dey ( Hr ) she started speaking rowdily &started speaking to put behind bar & giving to police We come here for certain relation not for going to police. We are AMONG THE FREQUENT VISITOR BUYER as a huge shareholder profit club membership stake holder of future group Mr kundan started apologies but humiliation was so big which were unforgettable the profit cards share all are going to be cancelled because staff are having such a good manners to spoil some one s prestige in no time in at public place . This action of your employee is disgusting and humiliating. We come to your place &spend our time energy & money &therefore believe that we are your equal business partner such instances lead to loss of relationship & compel us to go to higher authorities for corrective action Waiting to hear from you TO TAKE FURTHER COURSE OF ACTION. I never expected such kind of behaviour with a regular customer. I had an impression that customer is god but now it's changed in BJP led Government. Customer are fools without any self respect. Kindly prove me wrong.

                      Please be inform, that after 2 month Punjgutta Hyderabad Home Town deliver the sofas and DNMAGE center table the technical came from Home Town and Inform that this center table is damaged is damage one they could not fix it and we have inform Home Town and the technician from Home Town also inform them but till date no action had been taken from Home Town and I have called them more than 100 time but each time they tell we will deliver next day, I am fed up with Home Town,

                        I have purchased certain furniture item on 7th Dec from store. During the time of billing we realised that value of one of the items are less then what is been reflected in display. Tough the billing person give me revised price in invoice but it was changed later by manager to higher price which was not reflected by system. Hence a new item code (dummy / floating) was created to manually (in system) put the value which was on display. I believe i should be only charged based on value which is coming on the system and not based on what an individual is insisting since I am sure these prices in system are universal prices for all stores country wide.

                          On 7th Dec'14 visited Big Bazar Kacheguda (Maheswari Parameshwari) and probably this would be the last time if you don't pay proper attention & take necessary actions to minimize the Customer inconveniences. First i stood in counter number 5 queue for the billing in grocery section. After reaching to the counter it was told that only cash would be accepted while at the counter board it was clearly mentioned that both cash & credit cards are accepted. Then while i moved to the next counter (counter 4) it took almost 25 minutes for billing only one customer before me. The counter person was extremely casual and took a huge time in catering to the sodex passes provided by the previous customer. Why should not be there separate counter for handling sodex passes as generally it takes a lot of time by big bazar billing persons ? I've met the customer care manager Mr Sharad and apprised him on this. Please ensure proper attention would be given to this concern regards, R Biswas

                              Recently, I shopped at Big bazar, patia, bhubaneswar. The problem occured that i have shopped for 305 rs and offered 510 rs to cashier but instead of returning me 205 rs, he just returned me 5 rs and said i have given him only 310 rs and mentioned only 310 rs in receipt, This is a big cheat by him. I talked to manager and he said he will check for excess cash in his account but found with no positive result next day and said there is no mistake by cashier. It is a great fault and my confirdence in billing system of big bazaar lost...

                                I had purchased goods billed Rs.1911.43 from Big Bazaar Gold Souk, vyttila cochin on 19.11.2014. on reaching home I found that some items have been overcharged. I could not see the price of one item printed on the packet but they charged Rs.99/-. I called over the phone and complained to[protected]. The girl who attended just put down the phone without a word. It is quite humiliating to a customer I did not expect such a behaviour from a prestigious institution. However I contacted the toll free number on the bill[protected] who registered a complaint. The no.is [protected] dated 20.11.2014. After 2 days a person called and I explained. Again after some days a lady called from Bigbazaar and said my complaint was checked and I can collect the balance amount from the Vyttila shop. I said I have to spend more than the amount due to me for petrol in order to go over there.Since it was your mistake you have to send it to me. She asked my address which I gave. After that no response. After a few days Irang the vyttila number but she did not lift the phone. Then I rang from another number and she lifted. when I told my name she just put down the phone. I felt like slapping on my face. I contacted the toll free helpline and told them that my complaint has not been rectified. They turned to examined the same. I held the receiver for almost 4 minutes but they did not revert. I tried to contact in that number several times but no one is responding. It is quite unbecoming of a company like Big Bazar. I as a customer expect the minimum courtesy from your part in matters like this and settle my complaint with compensation for humiliation and mental agony.. Also pl. ask your workers to behave properly. Thank you.

                                    [protected] Cary Home office desk (2 numbers), suppliers reference [protected]. Fitting done 3 hours before, and just now I noticed in both the desks there is crack formed in one of the leg as attached. This is near to and in-line with the bottom bush fitted using nails. Clearly indicates the crack developed during the fitting of the bush using nails.

                                      M/s Big Bazar We took the split air conditions from your Udaipur Big Bazaar electronic section we have done two complains on your service centre tool free no. one one 7th nov with complaint no 513401 and another on 13th nov again with complaint no. 514059 and have visited your store many times and contacted Mr Nishant head of your electronic department many times, but still there is no response from Koryo electronic, we took the electronic from big bazaar section so we want that big bazaar will have to see this problem and do the needful. The ACs are installed in my C.T Scan room and once the temperature goes up or the machine get heated it stops working and some fault arise in the machine which cost us too much, so if our machine gets into problem you will be responsible for that and you will have to pay for the repair, its been nearly a month now and there is no response from your side. So we want the repair or replacement of the faulty ACs ASAP or else we will be forced to file a complain in consumer forum or will take any other legal step.                                         To The Customer Care Department Future Group . Sir On 12th Oct’2014 I had purchased one LG washing Machine and one Lenovo DeskTop from your EZONE – Homeland Mall, 18B. A M Road, Kolkata : 700020 vide Document no . 17981617 dated 12.10.2014 under your Scheme – where in I am eligible for Purchases worth 750/- free every month for 12 months starting NOV’2014 from any of your stores under FUTURE group . For availing benefit as per your scheme your store Cashier had given me a CARD bearing no . [protected] and ask me to SMS the CARD no . on the following no [protected] but no response received and according to him I will get the response at any time . The same I had checked on 13 Oct’2014, again on 1st NOV’2014 and again on 27th Nov’2014. But no response received and finally i called your customer care no .[protected], wherein they have requested to call up local number to update the card and can be eligible for scheme . accordingly I had called up number printed on document ie.[protected] and they had advised to visit the Store from where I had purchased the items and accordingly they can update the card . Accordingly today ie. 28th Nov’2014 I had visited the store and attended by cashier who had asked me to wait and after half an hour time he told that I am not eligible for the scheme and diverted to me a lady, who also confirmed that nothing is possible and I am not eligible for the scheme. When I asked her let me talk to STORE manager, she said he is not available, and she can’t help . The situation became intolerable for me and when i started shouting, another person has asked me to talk to Mr Rajeeb whom i thanks in advance . At the same time I had called up your customer care no and the executive had spoken with Mr Rajeeb and then he had advised me to put the same in mail and forward to the above Email ID. For your reference I am enclosing the copy of document under which the procurement made . Also enclosing scan of card which was issued to me . Scan of MY SMS’s sent to Customer care appended in trailing mail . I am really disappointed by the behaviour of madam Piyali, but thanks to Mr Rajib, who had at least advised me as well as help me to take up the matter with you .
