We have made a order dove soap, two bombay dying bed cover vide our order no. Bbmb[protected] dated 12.08.2018 amount of rs.1357/-. However we have received only done soap and o e bed cover vide invoice no. Wb[protected] dated 29.08.18 amount of rs.798/-. Several occasions we called customer care for rest of the product and they replied product is unavailable, as an when available the same will be delivered. My questions is almost 2.50 months is over for our order but we did not received the invoice till date. If we not received the invoice within 7days, we will file case to the honble consumer court /any other court with penal charges.

    Yday we purchased few items at tarnaka big bazaar hyderabad

    One of the packed item we purchased is cutlery set (Wb wellberg) when we opened item after reaching home, we couldn’t find fruit forks and dinner spoon (Numbers mentioned) in this set.

    So when i called customer care... Mr tushar manager of tarnaka branch gave me surprise answer that yeh it’s defective set... N it was not mentioned anywhere also... Before buying we spoke to sales executive... He also didn’t informed about its defective product... When i asked for replacement... He is asking me to come over there... As a lady it’s difficult for me or spend extra money to get it replace without my fault.

    I request kindly replace the item.. I e., complete cutlery set at the earliest or refund.

      Subject: most urgent : big bazaar profit club[protected] refund

      With reference to the above i am not given the refund for a very very long time around more than 2 years and earlier also when it was valid i was not able to use it due to technical reasons and then the 12 months period lapsed and then they said they will extend the validity or else take refund but even after many attempts nothing worked. Now they have told to contact main office, please look into it and refund rs 8100 balance in the card alongwith the interest on most ugent basis...

        Employee at big bazaar ib block salt lake kolkata named akarsh ghosh did not have the courtesy treat the customers. He made me stand for a rs2000 change which he already had. And saying that i cannot arrange for the change, he went and did not even have the courtesy to tell me a solution. This kind of behaviour is being encouraged by others here and that is why there is no action. Atleast teach your employees to be polite.

          Order id: bbmb[protected] date of order: 11th august amount of product: inr 6899/- order detail: xiaomi redmi 5a 3gb/32gb gold order got cancelled by the store on due to lack of availability: 2nd september refund promised within 7 days and we are still waiting for a refund. This is a case of fraudulent and really unexpected from big bazaar (Future group). I need my money back with interest as the delay is from them and more than 2 months. I have attached all the required documents related to the order. There were more telephonic conversation and promises about refund being initiated in 3 working days and after waiting for more than 2 months i am writing this with lot of anger and disappointment. Strict action should be taken against big bazaar!

          I am also waiting from 5 months for my refund. They made fool to people. They said MAHABACHAT but they didn't deliver products. They kept our money and hope they are earning money form our money.

            I have purchased a gift card of big bazaar of rupees 300 using paytm on 11th of august. Deals of that gift card are as follows-
            1) 200 instant cashback on paytm
            2) 100 rupees movie vouchar
            3) 600 future pay wallet cashback (100 rupees will be added every month)
            4) 300 rupees flight vouchar
            Now i have a complaint regarding future pay wallet cashback. It has to be redeemed as a cashback of rupees 100 every month in my wallet but i have received only 1 month cashback uptill now. Can u please check out why this is so

              Sir, i am a regular customer of big bazaar, bhubaneswar. Due to heavy rush during big bazaar’s maha bachhat offer, i booked following two items on[protected] through online vide my transaction id:bbmb[protected].
              1. Dreamline twin tub mop bucket with wheels - one refill free
              2. Prestige 3 burner glass top gas stove - free deluxe 3 pcs cookware set
              And 3 ltr outer lid pressure cooker
              After a long waiting and personal persuasion with customer care, i could able to receive items at sl. No.1 above & free items of item no.2 only. But it is a matter of great regret that even after lapse of more than 2 months, the main item i. E. Prestige 3 burner glass top gas stove has not yet been delivered to me on the plea of no stock. But the said product is very much available at big bazaar retail outlets located at bhubaneswar. If a little efforts is taken by big bazaar group, i would be able to collect the said product from here itself. I do not understand what is my fault.in the mean time, i could not avail the benefits provided by the amazon & flipkart on the said item as the matter was pending. I am really interested on the said product.
              It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that i would be able to receive the same from your bhubaneswar based outlets at the earliest for which amount is lying with big bazaar since more than two months.

                Subject: complaint regards refund of payment i had booked 2 mobile phones on 15 august 2018 from bigbazaar.com. The order number of the product is bbmb[protected] and bbmb[protected] which i made payment through my debit card. The company promised to deliver the product in 10 working days but they failed to so. After that i requested them to refund my money, the continuously company made false promises to me. After so many days the company delivered only one product to me that to after one month. Now i have requested them to refund me the amount of the remaining one product and they are making false promises to me, so please respond to the matter and provide me with full refund as soon as possible.

                  Dear sir last monday 15 oct i visited ur big bazar store at raigarh. I am regular customer. But on 15 oct i have requirment of 2 cartoon of amul gold milk. I regular purchase this item. But on that day when i request to give it, staff sh kamlesh yadav denied. Latter on when i told that i regularly purchased it and request to look into matter and bettter to discuss this matter to your senior. But he denied that we cant give you 2 cartoons. Iast time when i went for billing, one of staff member told that "ap laekar jayenge to pura counter khali hojayega". I dont understand whether big bazar is doing business aur making staff members conservative. On both cases sufficient stock was there. Lastly i purchased it from local market. Such rude and casual approach of staff members i have never seen.

                    Hello, Since to long(19/08/2018) I am informing on customer care contact number of fbbonline and writing emails for u delivered products from order number Order Number :[protected], but not yet I have received any refund for undelivered products of my prepaid order placed on 08/08/2018. This is really high time you should have to refund my money back as I have paid you on 08/08/2018 and partial order was delivered to me on 19th aug2018, since then I am informing you people but not yet received my refund money.
                    Now here I am writing to you for last time to provide me my refund money with current interest rest for the days you have kept it with you i.e. days50days for today + as many days as you are keeping it qith you and refunding me back.
                    P.s. such a poor service you are providing to customers spwho purchase online. And for me this is first and last shopping on fbb or any other future group retail websites!! Hope you will consider this to improve your customer care service and will not waste customers' money and time!

                      Today morning i did shopping in big bazaar, phoneix mall, bareilly branch, up for a worth of rs. 10, 000/-.

                      At the counter they failed to give a glass bowl which was mentioned free with britannia toasttea premium bake rusk of 273gms.

                      Big bazaar to ensure that the free gifts available for the items are given to the customers without fail.

                      Maine karmik dry fruit ka sample ka order diya tha but vo aaya hi nahi abhi tak free sample tha Facebook pe.
                      There are 7 billing counters in this Big Bazaar of which only two are functioning which is causing a huge waiting time for the customers. This is at the Big Bazaar near the hotel panache in patna. HUGE WAITING PERIOD FOR CUSTOMERS.

                            One milestone trolly bag has been gifted on the purchase above rs 9000 on the month of september. This trolley bag has been locked. I can not opend. Whenever i call the big bazar i can not get support properly. Please provide the unlock password ASAP.

                              Hiii... I went to big bazar on 7th oct at krishna plaza, bbsr for the 1st time... Grocery purchase where a rice bag of 25 kg was to be delivered home.. Delivered after 2 days but wrong rice.. After calling up repeatedly to change the rice.. No proper resolution has happened... Utterly disappointed.. I want the same changed on an immediate basis as the same has caused great inconvenience..

                                I am susmita das from salkia, howrah. I have purchased some products from your bigbazar avani mall counter at 30/09/2018. My billed amount was paid by my father's bank of india's debit card but i am following that by updating the passbook, the billed amount is paid by two times. I already talked to your counter help desk, they are not interested to help me about that.
                                I am a regular customer of bigbazar, previously i have not faced this types of problem.
                                The problem is so serious to me because bigbazar help desk is not helping me.

                                I wish my problem will be solved and continue a good relationship with bigbazar. It is necessary to solve for fearless purchase at bigbazar.

                                  In this bill big bazaar charged rs. 209 for dettol handwash 900 ml but on product mrp is rs. 192 only. Total 17 rs. Extra charged by big bazaar.
                                  Most o[censored]s don't think to check bill, but assume in every bill 17 rs extra charged illegally, calculate the fraud of profit.
                                  It's my 4th experience with big bazaar and in every big purchasing it happens.
                                  Authority need to explain.
                                  The same will be also inform to consumer forum in case dissatisfactory response.

                                        My problem not sotout sir bigbazar se koi response nhi aaya hai mera item exchange nhi kiya ja raha jai big bazar mein jabki bade se bade brand ke showroom pe within 7 days mein exchange hota hai big bazaar wale kya apna stock only khatam karna jante hai kya galti se galt size le liya par wo usko exchange nhi kar rahe hai clear mana kar diya aese to customers ko aage bhi problem hogi
