Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — After closing big bazaar balance in profit club is not refunded

I had balance of 11000/- in big bazar profit club .after closing outlet i requested money refund via mail and toll free number.But i didnt received any response.I need my money back.
