My name is joginder kaur. I am member of your profit club. Today i went to your trinity mall, n. S. Road, sodala big bazar outlet to redeem my money for this month. There is a female staff ms. Vibha at the billing counter she is very wrong person for dis responsibility. She never hears to me wenever i tries to provide her wyd d coupon code, she is so much of hurry always today also she charged me wrong at my bill and above all her behaviour as an executive is not acceptable. I went back because dis has happened thrice had words wyd d manager. Here again big mistake has been made in my credit note and again when i went back to the counter for the billing and request the person to do little fast his supervisor mr. Khandelwal (Krishan) came into the picture and reboot the system for no reason i asked unit manager to please lookinto the supervisor replied sir system reboot ongoing. Meanwhile i heart your supervisor guiding the executive jab b customer bole jaldi lie tu system restart kar dia kar koi jaldi krne ki jarurat ni jaldi ka kam ni. Same has been communicated to the unit manager at the same time but no action has been taken. I want an written answer on this else i would sue you guys for such ridiculous behaviour which is not acceptable atleast from the supervisor. V all are working in a coperate environment and such treatment with the customer is untolerable. Instead of accepting their mistake and apologise, your supervisor is giving such brilliant ideas to the billing staff? For three times i kept silent but this is height really.
