Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — air conditioner koryo

We have booked an koryo 5 star smart inverter ac on 4th april, 2019 from branch tarnaka, hyderabad, telangana.
The ac got delivered on next day but installation is still pending it has been more than 100hrs from the date we purchased.
Your store people promised us saying they will install the product with in 48 working days.
There is no response from you store.
If my issue is not resolved i will file a complaint in consumer court.
Dont understand why you commit when you cant do it.
You people are cheaters and fraud. Will see you in court soon.

Purchased a brand new washing machiene from thrissur big Bazar on 02.04.19 and it was delivered on 03.04.19 at 8.45pm. The washing machiene is leaking completely. The matter has been informed to the department in charge.
