Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Amount deducted, but order cancelled

Hi,

I had placed an online order (Order Id[protected] on 17-Apr. The transaction was authorised by the bank, however it failed on shop.bigbazaar.com.
As a result, I have not received the refund of the transaction. Request you to please look into the matter.
