This is really pathetic and unpleasant experience I had with one of your customer care executive - Hardik daf & Jayesh rajput (Not sure if he lied).

My big bazar profit club member ship card[protected] amount[protected] approx expired without giving any prior notification to customer.
I don't have any communication related to expiration.

Where is my money, I need it back on my card.
