Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Amount got deducted but order hasn't placed

Hello,

I have placed my order on May 24th from big bazaar and paid through Phone pe app under future pay @hdfc bank. The order was not shown till date on big bazaar app and I'm not sure why this happened.

Kindly provide me the refund or make the order placed at the earliest. I have attached the payment message too which I have received.

No action has been taken yet. Didn't get any response from their side.
Nobody contcted till now either from bigbazaar or from future pay representatives. My money was struck since 6 days. This is not fair. Please look into the matter asap.
