Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — App says refund initiated but no refund

As per the app for the order #[protected] done in Big Bazaar Udupi, refund of rupees 483.86 was initiated on 9th May 2021 and expected refund was 12th May 2021. But no amount was refunded.
Can this please be escalated to get the refund amount asap?
