Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — at baddi solan big bazaar non availability of paper bags and available bags are not as we get at other big bazar eg chandigarh

I asked cashier for paper bag she told they don't have and called manager he told we don't get paper bag for this site .
Some thing is wrong going here the bags they are providing don't match to other outlet of bif bazar and cost will be not more then 2 rs why 7 is charged
I will put this matter to consumer court and will file a PIL in high court also to no this reason.
