Hi - I purchased a lounger from hometown in March 2020 but due to Covid it was delivered to me by the end of June 2020. I faced multiple problems regarding the product and raised service complaint as it's hardly 5 months since I have been using it - so I can say it's a very poor quality product. Last week while sitting down on one of the seat broke down again - hometown person who visited for checking on complaint told that the spring is broken and seat's foam is also settled down. He told another person will visit for repair but today I got a call that the person will visit but we need to pay for the repair.
It's hardly 5 months since using this costly product. Firstly, the product quality is so poor and now company is even denying to cover the warranty. This is openly cheating the customer.
